We just use stryfoam, foam, glitter, ballons, and some cards we bought in those stores that sell everything on the same price.
We tried to resemble the Iconic Welcome to Las Vegas, using styrofoam, the letters are made with foam, the ones that say "Las Vegas" were filled with red glitter.
The to card were also made with styrofoam just a rectangle and we directly filled with glitter the figures and the "A".
For the dices we just grab 2 boxes and wrap them onto red paper and paste the white circles.
This loto machine was really easy is just printed images and the lever is made with carton and a ballon on the top.
The hanging figures are made with foam and pasted to some nylon thread.
